About the Committee
The Committee for Retroactive Do-Overs exists to review incidents that participants believe should have received a Mulligan, exemption, forgiveness, or recreational reconsideration after the fact.
Whether the incident occurred last weekend or twenty-five years ago, the Committee remains committed to thoroughly reviewing every appeal with complete professionalism, unnecessary paperwork, and just enough optimism to keep hope alive.
Approval is never guaranteed.
Hope, however, remains recreationally encouraged.

Official Committee Policy
Every appeal receives careful review by highly qualified Federation officials using accepted recreational standards, historical precedent, committee discussion, available evidence, witness statements, emotional testimony, and occasionally complete speculation.
Applicants are reminded that remembering the incident differently each time does not automatically strengthen the case.
Usually.
Current Department Notice
The Committee is presently operating under an elevated workload following an unexpected increase in applications involving childhood golf trauma, questionable gimmies, and emotionally significant three-putts.
Applicants are encouraged to remain patient.
Repeatedly checking the status of an appeal will not expedite processing.
Probably.

All decisions are considered final unless someone, somewhere, unexpectedly says or does something considerably funnier. In such cases, the Committee reserves the right to immediately abandon all previous reasoning and alter its ruling accordingly.
