The Quantum Mulligan Federation™ (QMF) is an independent, entirely self-appointed governing body dedicated to the advancement of recreational golf forgiveness.
Founded after a deeply moving round in which the Commissioner declared,
“That one didn’t count,”
the Federation has since worked tirelessly to formalize second chances, clarify questionable lies, and protect the spirit of camaraderie from unnecessary accuracy.
The QMF exists for one purpose:
To ensure every golfer gets one more try.

At the Quantum Mulligan Federation™, our mission is to build a lasting recreational sports brand that brings people together through humor, stories, shared experiences, and the spirit of recreational play.

Core Principles
The Spirit of the Game Matters More Than the Score
Unless the score is favorable.
Every Golfer Deserves One More Try
Sometimes two. Occasionally three with proper documentation.
Witnesses Improve Accuracy
Especially witnesses who owe you snacks.
Geometry Is Flexible
A 90° ricochet is simply advanced mathematics.
If No One Saw It, It Didn’t Happen
Unless it was impressive.
All decisions are considered final unless
someone, somewhere, unexpectedly says or does something considerably funnier. In such cases, the Federation reserves the right to immediately abandon all previous reasoning and alter its ruling accordingly.
Any resemblance between actual recreational events and those documented by the Federation is purely recreational… although occasionally remarkably specific.

All Federation offices, departments, bureaus, divisions, and committees operate between 9:00am and 9:03am, weather permitting.
Membership
Membership in the Quantum Mulligan Federation™ is automatic upon:
- Hitting a tree that redirected the ball favorably
- Losing a ball that was “definitely in play”
- Arguing about gimmes
- Saying, “Let’s just play one more”
No dues required. Snacks encouraged.
Official Authority
The Federation has absolutely no regulatory authority, legal standing, or recognized jurisdiction.
However, its rulings are socially persuasive, emotionally comforting, and occasionally binding in friendly foursomes.
