Submit suspicious scorekeeping, emotionally supported ladder operations, unnecessary trick shots, or other incidents requiring permanent recreational review.

If your incident is selected for publication in a future Quantum Mulligan Federation volume, the Federation may use this email address to notify you which volume your story appears in.

The Federation does not sell, share, distribute, trade, barter, auction, raffle, lease, lend, or otherwise release your information to anyone for any reason. Your email address is used solely to notify you if your submission is accepted for publication.
