Welcome to the Quantum Mulligan Federation ("QMF").

By accessing or using the QMF website, mobile applications, publications, scoring systems, services, or related Federation materials, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of Federation services.

The Quantum Mulligan Federation does not sponsor, administer, regulate, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any wagering, betting, gambling, contests, prize pools, side bets, or financial arrangements between participants.

Any such activities are conducted solely at the discretion and responsibility of the participants involved and are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Users are solely responsible for any content they submit, upload, share, publish, or otherwise provide through Federation services.

By submitting content, users represent that they have the right to submit such content and that the content does not violate applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of any third party.

QMF reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or refuse content that is unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with Federation standards.

The Quantum Mulligan Federation exists for entertainment, humor, recreational scorekeeping, and the promotion of recreational optimism.

No scoring adjustment, ruling, waiver, exemption, Mulligan, Recovery Allowance, Hydrotastrophe Classification, or other Federation determination is recognized by any official governing body of golf or any other sport.

Federation rulings are intended solely for recreational enjoyment.

The Quantum Mulligan Federation exists to provide entertainment, recreation, scorekeeping tools, publications, and humorous content intended to enhance enjoyment of recreational activities.

The Federation does not promote, encourage, authorize, or excuse reckless, unsafe, unlawful, negligent, or irresponsible conduct of any kind.

Nothing contained within Federation publications, rulings, classifications, recommendations, scoring systems, applications, websites, or other materials should be interpreted as permission to disregard applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, facility policies, course rules, or the rights and safety of others.

Users are solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, conduct, and safety. Participation in Federation activities does not relieve any individual of responsibility for exercising sound judgment and acting responsibly.

The intent of the Federation is simple: have fun, enjoy the game, use good judgment, act responsibly, and respect the rules that govern the activities in which you participate.

Users must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create and maintain a Quantum Mulligan Federation account.

Users under sixteen may participate only through an account managed or supervised by a parent or legal guardian with the guardian's express consent.

QMF reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that do not comply with this requirement.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate records if accuracy is desired
• Exercising good judgment
• Respecting fellow participants
• Using Federation services in a lawful manner
• Protecting account credentials and devices
• Understanding that Federation rulings may favor amusement over competitive precision

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based upon Federation scores, reports, statistics, recommendations, classifications, or other Federation materials.

The QMF App is designed to support recreational gameplay and scorekeeping.

Any communication features that may exist within active game sessions are intended solely to facilitate participation in that specific game, match, round, or event.

The application is not intended to function as a social networking platform and does not provide unrestricted user-to-user communication.

QMF does not provide public profiles, public posting systems, follower networks, social feeds, open forums, or general-purpose messaging services.

Scores, statistics, calculations, reports, exports, rankings, classifications, and Federation determinations are provided "as is."

QMF makes no guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability for tournament, professional, competitive, legal, or official use.

Users assume all responsibility for reliance upon Federation-generated information.

All Federation names, logos, trademarks, publications, graphics, terminology, scoring systems, content, designs, artwork, and related materials are the property of Quantum Mulligan Federation LLC or are used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Mulligan Federation LLC, its officers, members, managers, affiliates, contributors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, liability, cost, or expense arising from or related to the use of Federation websites, applications, publications, scoring systems, services, rulings, recommendations, classifications, or other materials.

The Federation does not promote, encourage, authorize, or excuse reckless, unsafe, unlawful, negligent, or irresponsible conduct of any kind. Users remain solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, conduct, and safety.

Nothing contained within Federation materials shall be interpreted as professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice, nor as permission to disregard applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, course rules, safety requirements, or the rights and safety of others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QMF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in Federation activities or use of Federation services.

Participation in Federation activities is voluntary and undertaken at the user's own discretion and risk.

QMF reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Federation services for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of Federation systems
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of application features
• Conduct determined to be inconsistent with the spirit of recreational optimism

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically.

Continued use of Federation services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In any dispute involving recreational scorekeeping, statistical anomalies, interpretation of Federation rules, or application of a Mulligan, the Federation reserves the right to issue an entirely reasonable, partially reasonable, or completely theatrical ruling.

Such rulings shall be considered final for all recreational purposes.
