The Quantum Mulligan Federation ("QMF," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and believes recreational scorekeeping should remain recreational.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the Quantum Mulligan Federation website, applications, and related Federation services, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

The QMF App is designed to collect only the information necessary to provide scoring, statistics, game history, and Federation-related functionality.

Information may include:

• Player names entered by users
• Team names entered by users
• Scores, statistics, and game records
• Match, round, and event information
• User-generated game history
• Basic device information required for application operation
• Information voluntarily submitted through Federation contact forms

QMF does not request unnecessary personal information and does not collect information unrelated to the operation of the application.

Information is used solely to:

• Operate scoring and gameplay functionality
• Save game history and statistics
• Generate scorecards, reports, and exports
• Support multiplayer game participation
• Maintain Federation records and services
• Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience

The Quantum Mulligan Federation App is not a social networking platform.

The application does not provide public profiles, public posting, follower systems, friend systems, open chat rooms, social feeds, or unrestricted user-to-user messaging.

Certain game modes may allow participants in the same active game, match, round, or event to exchange limited game-related information necessary for participation in that activity.

Any communication features are restricted to participants actively involved in the same game session and exist solely to support gameplay and scorekeeping functions.

The Quantum Mulligan Federation does not facilitate general social communication between users outside of active game participation.

QMF does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or market user information to third parties.

QMF does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising purposes.

Information is used only as necessary to operate the application and provide Federation functionality.

Information may be disclosed only:

• When required by law
• To protect the safety, rights, or integrity of users or the Federation
• To service providers necessary for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, or application operation

Reasonable measures are used to protect information stored by the application.

While QMF takes reasonable precautions, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their own devices and account credentials.

Users must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create and maintain their own account.

Users under sixteen may participate only through an account managed or supervised by a parent or legal guardian with the guardian's express consent.

The application may rely upon third-party providers necessary for application functionality, including hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, and app distribution services.

Such providers maintain their own privacy practices and policies.

Game records, scores, statistics, and related information may be retained as necessary to support application functionality, historical records, user access, and Federation services.

Users may request account-related information updates or removal where applicable.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as Federation operations, application features, and legal requirements evolve.

Continued use of Federation services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
